Technician electrocuted trying to retrieve dropped wrench
This case arose out of the death of a transformer technician, who was performing work to replace a transformer on the defendants’ property when he reached outside of his assigned work area to retrieve a dropped wrench and was electrocuted by 480 volts of electricity emanating from a source which remains unknown to this day.
