In a presentation to the Penn State Board of Trustees on Feb. 18, Penn State President Eric J. Barron highlighted the power of philanthropy across the University's fundraising campaign's three themes to Open Doors, Create Transformative Experiences and Impact the World.

Iris and Ed Beckwith, longtime Penn State volunteer leaders, partnered with Penn State to create the Beckwith Family Educational Equity Scholarship for Student Affairs, according to a Thursday release.
