Illegal Property Sale: The Pune Cantonment Board (PCB) has issued a public notice cautioning against any unauthorized sale transaction relating to old grant bungalows and properties on B-3 land held on leasehold terms without its prior sanction.

Directorate General of Defence Estates (DGDE) conveyed the update based on the recommendations of the awards selection committee

The PCB had undertaken a survey of about 3,000 properties in the backdrop of a slab collapse, which claimed one life on June 26 on Dastur Meher Road in Camp.

PCB CEO Subrat Pal applauded the effort and said it was a prime example of how civil society and government organisations can work towards citizens' welfare.
