Neil Tague Anwyl Homes and Bellway have submitted detailed plans for a £40m development at the former RAF Sealand site in Deeside. PROPOSALS for nearly 400 new homes have been submitted for Deeside in latest £40m development. The proposals for the 30-acre site at The Airfields are for 368 new homes, including affordable homes, public open space and play areas, and will breathe new life into the former RAF Sealand site.
