Russia Ukraine news: Relations between Russia and Nato have slid to the level of direct confrontation, the Kremlin’s spokesman has claimed.

President Zelenskyy said that the country is looking for ways to increase Kharkiv's ability to protect the sky, noting that Ukraine lacks sufficient air defence systems.
