Shortly after announcing the new meeting time and date at the McNease Convention Center on Rio Concho Dr., the city also announced streets near the convention center would be closed for construction beginning the same day, Tuesday, May 31, 2022.  

Road construction will close a portion of Rio Concho Dr. from the Concho River bridge to the McNease Convention Center Friday.  

The City of San Angelo announced that a number of roads will be closed starting Tuesday. 

Motorists who regularly traverse College Hills Blvd. from Ave. N to Loop 306 will see a drastically reduced speed limit beginning Monday for the safety of construction crews and the general public as utility construction ramps up.
