Shares of New Swan Multitech listed with a premium of 90% on the BSE SME platform. The stock debuted at Rs 125.4, compared with an offer price of Rs 66. The companys shares commanded a GMP of Rs 56 in the unlisted market. The IPO was entirely a fresh equity issue of 50.16 and through the issue, the company plans to raise Rs 33.11 crore.

The share allotment for the SME IPO of New Swan Multitech will be finalised today. Investors will get shares on a lottery basis. They can check the allotment status through the BSE or by visiting the official website of the registrar. The SME IPO of New Swan Multitech was subscribed 380 times at close. The category reserved for retail investors was subscribed 388 times and the NII portion was booked 730 times. The shares will likely get listed on January 18.

The issue of Australian Premium was subscribed 380 times so far on the third day of the bidding process, driven by robust demand from NII and retail investors.

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) offloaded shares worth Rs 340.05 crore, while domestic institutional investors (DIIs) bought Rs 2,911.19 crore worth of stocks on January 12, provisional data from the NSE showed.

Given the optimism at Dalal Street, in the coming week, the market may climb further higher to 22,000-22,100 levels on the Nifty 50, but intermittent consolidation cant be ruled out, with focus majorly on corporate earnings.

These five companies are planning to raise Rs 1,680.72 crore through their issues. The estimated cumulative amount does not include the offer-for-sale component of the Epack Durable IPO.

The SME IPO of Australian Premium Solar India was subscribed 39 times so far on the second day of the bidding process. The issue closes on January 15.

Equity indices in early Thursday trade surged, led by global market momentum and Reliance Industries. Sensex rose 341.76 points; Nifty gained 107.8 points.
