LITCHFIELD — Bringing pets indoors, planning activities for children, and stocking up on food are just some ways area residents were preparing for the snowstorm that’s expected to bring 12 to 20 inches of snow to the state. Morris resident Melissa Seeley Dow said she was making sure all her pets have plenty of food and water available in the event the power goes out.
