East Carolina University has extended its dining options for its main campus community with updated hours and a menu for the 1907 Grill as well as the addition of Mama Joyce’s, a pizza restaurant.  Associate Vice Chancellor for ECU Campus Living Bill McCartney said he has continued to work with Dining Services to ensure a wider variety of food options for students, faculty and staff on campus.
