Street for their 47th annual pride parade. Ktvu allie rasmus explains the event was fun and festive, but this years parade also included some new protest groups. The crowd cheered and fashion waved. People poured out of bart stations and hundreds of thousands of people lined the streets for the annual spectacle and celebration on market street. The San Francisco pride parade. A lot of happy people and the openness of the city, embracing everything thats been going on. I just think its beautiful and wonderful. Reporter San Francisco residents have been a couple for 51 years, participating in this parade for decades going back to the 70s. Seems more like a protest in those days hahn it is these days.
