TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
The administration of the Estate of ANSEL W. ALBRITTON, deceased, File No. 2021- 131-CP, by the Circuit Court for Taylor County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Post Office Drawer 620, Perry, FL 32348. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.

All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM (Sections 733.702 and 733.710 of the Florida Statutes).
CARES funds available
Taylor County’s second round of individual and small business assistance programs for those impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak will open to all eligible applicants beginning Monday, March 15.
An early application period opened this past Monday, March 8, for those who applied last year during the first round and were turned down. The second round has wider eligibility requirements for each program.
The Taylor County Commission allocated $450,000 for each program out of the $2.4 million in remaining funds the county received in 2020 through the federal CARES Act passed by the U.S. Congress last summer.
The county received a total of $3.7 million through the federal legislation, and prior to the latest programs, the county had approximately $2.4 million remaining.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE UNIFORM METHOD OF COLLECTING NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENTS
Taylor County, Florida (the “County”) hereby provides Notice, pursuant to section 197.3632(3)(a), Florida Statutes, of its intent to use the uniform method of collecting non-ad valorem special assessments throughout the unincorporated area of the County, for the cost of providing solid waste collection and disposal services, facilities, and programs commencing for the Fiscal Year beginning on October 1, 2021 and continuing until discontinued by the County.
