It is hardly smoking at all and suddenly it flares back up and it suggests there is a lot of unburned product down there that may be leaking from another tank or leaking from pipes that were cooked in this conflagration that has gone on for hours now. They still have a big fire on their hands. It is sending a large plume of smoke into the air and that has caused a shelter in place in the city of crockett and suggested one for the city of rodeo which is very close by.
