man in louisiana summing up the frustration that the entire region most likely is feeling right now, claiming bp s calling bp s claim of capping the well a bleeping lie. team fox coverage continues from the gulf coast coming up inside fox report. but, first, a major test now for the arizona immigration law that is scheduled to take effect just two weeks from today. hours ago as protesters screamed at each other outside a courthouse, a federal judge heard arguments about whether to block this measure. it s all because the law will require police officers to question people about their immigration status if they suspect those people, who have been stopped for other reasons, are in the country illegally. one of those police officers is suing because he says that will force him to use racial profiling. lawyers for the government or the governor, i should say, jan brewer say the officer can t prove he will actually be harmed and they re asking the judge to toss the suit. no ruling yet. bu
