With Ed Hensley in the bike, both Ashleigh Hensley students, Major League N and Andy Over, were victorious in their respective Preferred classes at The Raceway at the Western Fair District on Tuesday, Feb. 20. Each class carried an $11,000 purse.

Team Hensley snagged the $12,000 Fillies and Mares Preferred Pace on Wednesday (Jan. 18) at The Raceway at Western Fair District and on a night wrapped by an incident forcing a no contest.

After going home empty handed in a late-November assignment at Woodbine Mohawk Park, Team Hensley gave Major League N a golden opportunity to rebound thanks to a change of scenery.

Compass, ranked No. 1 in national sales volume, hired teams led by Jenny Maraghy from Joyner Fine Properties and Annemarie Hensley from Liz Moore & Associates.

Compass is expanding into Richmond, Virginia, with two teams for a total of 45 agents and a combined 2021 sales volume of $227 million.

Good friends and a strong operation gave the team of Ed and Ashleigh Hensley an opportunity to present themselves on the nation’s highest stage and earn their first shot at one of the country’s top racing honours.
