Mortgage technology solutions provider Twenty7Tec has broken into the financial advice market today (14 June) with the acquisition of Bluecoat Software.Money Marketing reported in April that Twenty7Tec was in advanced talks with Bluecoat Software, practice management system.

Twenty7Tec is set to acquire Bluecoat Software, the provider of mortgage, protection and wealth management CRM solution Finplan.  As part of the acquisition, Bluecoat Software will operate under the Twenty7Tec brand. The combined business, which has almost 100 employees, will be led by chief executive James Tucker. 

Connells Group has revealed it will be utilising Twenty7Tec's SOURCE and APPLY modules of the CloudTwenty7 platform across Countrywide.

Advisers can submit documents, case notes and receive status updates all the way through to completion.
