You spin out an instagram from facebook or amazon web services from amazon. thats what the analysis shows, so i think thats part of it. more importantly, this is just an incredible smorgasbord of ideas to promote competition, i guess, going after 70 different rules and regulations. dozens of industries. i think people probably are like trying to assess it. but also thinking its a great deal that wont mean much. i would cynically offer one other thought, which is that big tech polling is absolute...
