Global content and commerce company Gushcloud International has promoted Oddie Randa to the role of regional managing director for the Asia Pacific region after 10 years spent leading Gushcloud Indonesia as country director. 

Indonesian digital mortgage platform Ringkas allotted new shares last week to a group of investors that took part in its funding rounds.

The company aims to reach mortgage transactions of $200 million within the next six to 12 months, it said in the statement.

The company is backed by AC Ventures, Ephesus United, Teja Ventures, SGInnovate, and Partech.
