A number of internet providers in Minnesota will share in a $100-million appropriation to expand broadband coverage across the state.

Funding includes awards made possible via President Biden’s Infrastructure Law.

The grants will provide access in seven counties.

Funding through the third round of USDA’s ReConnect Program provides 49 awards across 24 U.S. states.

Today’s investments include funding from President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which provides a historic $65 billion to expand reliable, affordable, high-speed internet to all communities across the U.S.
