Signage has been installed in the Japan Pavilion at EPCOT for the newest World Showcase restaurant — Shiki-Sai.

EPCOT is a food and cultural experience, but EPCOT also is home to some of the best rides in Disney World.

Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya will open this summer on the second floor of the World Showcase pavilion, in the old Tokyo Dining space. The new table service restaurant will feature an open sushi bar and grill, serving small plates and shared dishes along with sushi and teppan items.

Found in Epcot's World Showcase China Pavilion, Nine Dragons offers Chinese-inspired cuisine and detailed decor for an immersive meal experience.

My family at lunch at Teppan Edo, a Japanese-inspired hibachi restaurant in the Japan Pavilion at Epcot. But the meal was lackluster and rushed.

Reservations for Teppan Edo are hard to come by, but Jennifer Greene was able to grab one for a late lunch. She thought the Japanese-inspired spot lacked ambiance, and she was surprised by the extra costs.

Tokyo Dining is a Japanese-inspired eatery located in Epcot's World Showcase. I enjoyed the noodles, but the chicken karaage wasn't worth it.
