Tesla Crashes News Today

Tesla recalled 2.2 million U.S. vehicles because the font size of the warning lights on the display panel is too small. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the problem increases the risk of a crash.

The move follows a multiyear investigation by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
