More than 821,000 square feet of office space was vacated across the St. Louis region last year — the most in over a decade.

Construction is underway on the $200 million redevelopment of the former MetLife office campus in south St. Louis County.

A third Tidal Wave Car Wash may be coming to South County, this time off Butler Hill Road.  The St. Louis County Planning Commission heard a proposal June 13 for Tidal Wave Car Wash to construct an express wash facility at 13047 Butler Crest Drive, near the intersection of Butler Hill and Tesson Ferry roads....

To the editor: It was interesting to read the letter from a Clayton resident in the Sept. 30 edition of The Call criticizing the proposed development called “The Residence at Tesson Ridge.” She stated, “we are skeptical about whether a proposed development like this will truly meet the needs of the community.”  I wonder if...

The 100-acre Tesson Ridge redevelopment of the former MetLife property along Tesson Ferry Road is up for St. Louis County zoning next week.
