Professional photographer Thad Kubis will lead a photography walk on the Sheffield Green from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 1. The walk will begin at Dewey Hall, 91 Main St., and explore Depot Square, the railroad tracks, Sheffield Green, Bushnell Sage Library, and Center Cemetery. Participants will learn to compose and design images of some of the towns landmarks and buildings.  The suggested donation is $25. Space is limited. Preregistration and prepayment are required. Kubis will lead a sunset photography lecture at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, via Zoom. During the workshop at 6 p.m. Friday, April 30, participants will spend time in the field photographing sunset images at a site in Lee. Space will be limited to 12 for April 30 event. A Photography Walk Takes Place This Saturday Here is a great way to start off the first weekend of March: Take a walk on the Sheffield Green and you will be helping out a worthy cause here in our backyard.
