Cao Bang authority has announced it had built a detailed 'scenario' for hosting the 8th symposium of the Asia Pacific Geoparks Network (APGN) so that it will take place on time in September.

Located in the north of Việt Nam, 300km from Hà Nội, Non Nước Cao Bằng was recognised as a UNESCO global geopark in 2018. It covers 3,000sq.km and is home to nine ethnic groups, including Tày, Nùng, Mông, Dao, and Sán Chay.
