Probably take the same position governor scott and all of the republican governors are signing up for it. i tried to implement medicare and chip in to a higher level than poverty . i wasnt able to and didnt not have the resources to do it. but i think it is off set by the ducing the cost of uncompensated care . permitting small business to offer health care to folks they otherwise couldnt have. to franks point. give me the choice and i will take it and perhaps someone else wont. >> i will say to...
