All the senate has to do is act on the legislation. they will receive anytime plenty of time. they can send it back to us with or without the defunding provision in it. then we have to respond. but the idea that somehow simply because we sent it over there means that theyll acquiesce, again we hope they will. we think some of our senators want a opportunity. they certainly have been talk about it. lets give them that opportunity and see what they do. at the end of the day the senate will send us...
