Because a large part of the hispanic population is under 18 and some are not vregistered to vote. once that movement gets going, well see many more candidates and were going to see existing candidates play to the issue of the hispanic voter,here now theyve been in the background. i think thats going to change very quickly. >> for anybody thats thinking hispanic, its not always a loyalty vote to get you into office. >> thats right. the hispanic population is very much not in the democrats pocket....
