Japan commits $55M for NR 5 project, scholarships
Japan has agreed to assist Cambodia in developing National Road No.5 further and it will also provide scholarships to selected Cambodian officials for higher studies, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC).
