news@tribtoday.com WARREN A Warren mother was charged with child endangering after police officers responded to a Milton Street SE address to find a young girl home alone Monday morning. China Walker, 25, of Milton Street SE, was arraigned before Municipal Judge Terry Ivanchak Tuesday morning. Walker remains free on a personal bond and will appear for preliminary hearing before Judge Thomas Gysegem at 1:30 p.m. May 25. She also is not to have unsupervised contact with her daughter unless approved by Trumbull County Children Services. Walker was arrested after police officers responded to a burglar alarm about 8:15 a.m. in the 2600 block of Milton Street SE and a 4-year-old girl did not open the front door, saying she was home alone. The girl later opened a side door for officers, and she told them both her mother and grandmother were at work.

City man accused of home invasion, felonious assault | News, Sports, Jobs

Apr 14, 2021 HOWLAND A Warren man has been arraigned on burglary and felonious assault charges connected to a home invasion in the 7900 block of Anderson Avenue in Howland. Mick Robinson, 40, of West Market Street, on Tuesday was given a $300,000 bond in the case by Municipal Judge Terry Ivanchak, who set an April 20 preliminary hearing before Judge Thomas Gysegem. Robinson is to have no contact with the victim. Howland officers were dispatched to the Anderson Avenue home in reference to an unwanted person shortly before midnight Monday. The 21-year-old male resident told 911 dispatchers a man was threatening to kick the door in and he was counting down. Later, the intruder was at the back door, according to the report, and had forced his way into the home and was fighting with the resident.

Woman arrested in Tod Ave stabbing | News, Sports, Jobs

gvogrin@tribtoday.com WARREN Police are investigating a stabbing early Friday at an apartment complex on Tod Avenue NW. Officers were called about 4 a.m. to the complex after Trumbull County 911 dispatchers said a man was near the third-floor elevator bleeding from his chest and hands. Police followed the blood trail from that area to room 305 where the door was open and the report states officers could see blood splatter on the inside of a storm door. A man was inside the apartment trying to mop up blood droplets on the floor and told police the victim, identified as James Earnest, 51, of 446 Third St. SW, had left with his girlfriend.
