A judge overruled Hochul's mask mandate. Nassau's executive wants the state to forego an appeal
Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman said Governor Kathy Hochul should “stand down” with her appeal to keep New York’s indoor mask mandate in effect through Feb. 1. This comes as a state Supreme Court judge found the mandate to be unconstitutional on Monday.
