SENTENCED: Workington Magistrates Court Magistrates have imposed a restraining order on a 36-year-old Cleator Moor man after he admitted harassment. Robert Thomas Ryan, of Ennerdale Road, Cleator Moor, committed the offence between March 5 and March 11, Workington’s magistrates’ court heard.
