Milton man charged with practicing dentistry without license
A 69-year-old Milton man who managed a dental office on Dorchester Avenue was indicted Monday by a Suffolk County grand jury on charges of practicing dentistry without a license, assault and battery, and Medicaid fraud, officials said.
