Mariah Brielle Schramm Kansas City Missouri teen plunges to her death
Colonel Thomas G. Dresner, chief ranger of the Missouri State Park Rangers. Witnesses told park rangers that Schramm ‘seemed to indicate she was hesitant’ to jump.
