Foose Thomas Maxwell “Tom” Foose Jr., 83, of Altoona, died early Friday afternoon, May 7, 2021, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Altoona in 1938, son of the late Thomas Maxwell Foose and Mary Sue (Hopper) Foose Detrich. He wed Sheryll A. Fleck in 1964, and enjoyed 57 years of marriage.
