Geothermal Engineering claims United Downs heat and power project is on track to begin generating energy next year following latest investor backing

With the groundwork underway at Thrive Renewables’ 20 MW battery project, the company has signed an agreement with Flexitricity to aggregate and control the battery once on the grid.

Thrive Renewables is to acquire a 5MW/7.5MWh battery storage facility from Eclipse Power Generation.
