Gainwell, the Kolkata-headquartered capital goods manufacturer with presence in the mining, construction, energy, defence, railways, and heavy equipment sectors, plans to invest Rs 1,000 crore over the next three years with an aim to become a $1-billion company by 2028, a senior company executive said.

The Board of Directors of TIL Limited, at its meeting held today have approved the financial results of the company for the period ended December 31, 2022 - Q3FY23 and 9MFY23.

TIL Limited, at its Board Meeting held on 26th November 2022 has decided to increase the authorized capital to infuse funds into the business of the Company, by bringing in a strategic investor, subject to shareholder and other requisite approvals.
