University and Villard Hall, UO’s oldest buildings, are being renovated through UO’s $93 million Heritage Renovation Project to update building systems and to have more modern classrooms and acting studios

University Hall and Villard Hall are currently closed as they undergo work on the interior and exterior parts of the buildings to make the buildings more modern and more safe.

Gutted as part of a floor-to-roof renewal, Villard and University are a window into the past
