Three meetings were held in Devils Lake over the course of a week. They were productive, the town's mayor says, but "it’s time for action. Meetings will be a waste of time after the next one.”

The first of two town hall meetings was held Wednesday in Devils Lake. The second will take place on Thursday, Nov. 15.

“As far as I’m concerned, it really has to be something that the community is satisfied with,” Hoeven said.
