Gov. Kemp supports more nuclear power with a potential "Vogtle Five," despite Plant Vogtle's expansion cost overruns and delays.

Governor Brian Kemp called for more nuclear power as he celebrated two new reactors in Georgia, despite rising power bills for residents.
