The Maui News Mahi Pono’s Senior Vice President of Operations Shan Tsutsui has been promoted to chief operating officer, the company announced Wednesday. Tsutsui succeeds Tim O’Laughlin who will be relocating to California to focus on new initiatives for both Mahi Pono and Pomona Farming, according to a news release.
