Journal Staff Reports LISBON — A Wellsville man was sentenced to prison for illegally dumping 26 barrels of liquid waste in Yellow Creek Township. Timothy A. Patrick, 36, of Sixth Street, was sentenced to two years in a state prison by county Common Pleas Court Megan Bickerton after he previously pleaded guilty to illegal open dumping of solid wastes and illegal transportation or disposal of hazardous wastes.
