Willmar tiny home development may become manufactured home development
Real estate agent Justin Paffrath attended the Nov. 1 Willmar Planning Commission meeting to gauge the commission's appetite for amending his conditional use permit to allow manufactured homes to be placed on three lots which he has an agreement with the city to purchase.
