Real estate agent Justin Paffrath attended the Nov. 1 Willmar Planning Commission meeting to gauge the commission's appetite for amending his conditional use permit to allow manufactured homes to be placed on three lots which he has an agreement with the city to purchase.
The Willmar City Council on Aug. 21 approved amendments to the Paffrath purchase agreement that reduce the cost of the land, remove a lot used for stormwater runoff and allow for a development other than tiny homes.
