Deal with. between 12% and 16% of the entire budget. most of it is medicare, medicaid and social security. nothing in there about this. you saw the questions say, you have a whole commission. you had bipartisan support to do something about this, why nothing in here. he kept saying, thats going to come up later. hes asking conservatives and republicans to come in with their best shot at dealing with the burgeoning expenses, and hes not putting it into his budget. very curious approach. >> gloria...
