MEDINA — A Medina Central School teacher was among educators from 18 states who convened in Iowa last month for the Global Guides program.

SHELBY CENTER — A committee of local residents came together to create a new event, held Sunday, to raise funds for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

MEDINA — Ike Watts, Tammy Fearby, Rebecca Lacy and Christine Crane share more than friendship. They all knew three distinguished community members who committed suicide.
