manich@leaderherald.com JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Industrial Development Agency board of directors named Joseph Semione as its chairman for 2021 at its recent meeting. Semione, who served in 2020 as the IDA’s vice chairman, replaces former Chairman David D’Amore. The rest of the agency’s officers appointed for this year were: Vice chairman — Jane Kelley; treasurer — Mike Fitzgerald; and secretary –Joseph Gillis.
