The United States and Norway ski jumping teams will share coaches, training facilities, sports science data and efforts to attract sponsors in an unprecedented partnership.

Adam Provost, who has over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategic, and commercial roles within sports organisations, has been named the chief executive of USA Nordic Sport.

Former Olympic champion Bill Demong has stepped down as the executive director of USA Nordic Sport, but will remain a member of the Board of Directors and continue to support and advise the Executive Committee during the period of transition.
