JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – No one was injured when a semi driver was traveling in the wrong lane on I-94 Sunday morning near the Crystal Springs area. North Dakota Highway Patrol Sgt. Tom Herzig reports someone noticed the driver was traveling east in the westbound lane just after 8 AM.
