Barro’s Pizza raised more than $415,000 for St. Mary’s Food Bank during the 11th Doran Barro Holiday Hunger Fight on Dec. 6.

The lines at St Marys Food Bank tell the story of Christmas in Phoenix, the nations inflation capital. Each day 1000 cars line up in three lanes around the warehouse in Phoenix.

This Tuesday, Dec. 6, Barro’s Pizza will host its 11th annual Doran Barro Holiday Hunger Fight benefiting St. Mary’s Food Bank.

St. Mary's Food Bank served 4,024 families at their Phoenix and Surprise locations on the first of their three-day holiday Food Distribution for Thanksgiving.

St. Mary’s Food Bank is partnering with the fair and Sanderson Ford to help feed the needy in our state.

St. Mary's Food Bank wants you to "Go Orange" on Friday, Sept. 16 to raise awareness for those who are experiencing food insecurity and to remind the community that donations are desperately needed.

The White House is positive about its plan to fight inflation through the Inflation Reduction Act, but it's a message that's a tough sell for many in Phoenix as residents appear to be struggling more than they did during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The nonprofit is reporting the "working poor" are the hardest hit and a lack of volunteers is making it hard for them to get help.

It is all hands on deck at St. Mary's Food Bank, as volunteers and employees work hard to make sure everyone has a happy Thanksgiving.
