Serge Offers, CFO of ING Bank Romania, is the new President of the Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC) for the next two years. He has replaced Tom Leene, Managing Director at GKN Fokker Engineering Romania, who held the presidency of the chamber during 2018-2020.
