NAPPANEE — A tanker truck driver has died in a fiery crash in Nappanee.

The straight tanker truck crash happened about 12:55 p.m. Friday on Tomahawk Trail near the ATC Trailers business.

33-year-old Jesus Espinoza is facing charges of evading and child endangerment.

Following a pursuit with the Department of Public Safety, Espinosa abandoned the vehicle and attempted to escape on foot.
